Democratic / Republican 이렇게 있으면 1열에는 쭈우욱 democratic 이고 2열(Republican)에는 쭈우욱 Republican 후보자들이있어
그러니까 말 그대로 투표용지에 up and down 위에서 아래로 쭈우욱 democratic쪽 뽑으라는 말이야
