외국 호텔 예약했는데 문제 생겼나봐 이렇게 메일 왔는데 무슨 소린지 알 수 있을까ㅠㅠㅠㅠ

We noticed that the credit card holder’s name is different from the name of the guest. If the credit card holder will be staying with you in the same room, please send us an e-mail of request to revise the reservation name to the credit card holder's name since he/she will be the one paying for the reservation.

Otherwise, the following requirements below must be accomplished:

1) Filled-out and signed Credit Card Authorization Form (attached) with total amount of Php 20,744.75 inclusive of service charge and government taxes.

2) Scanned copy of front & back portion of the credit card (you may cover the CVV number and leave it blank in the form)

3) 1 valid ID with signature

For bank transfers, please see our bank details below. Once the payment is done, please send us a copy of the bank transfer slip.

나도 거기까진 해석했는데 카드명의자랑 여행을 같이 안 가서ㅠㅠㅠㅠ

저기 요구하는 서류랑 카드 앞뒤 스캔한거, 카드 명의자 신분증 스캔한거 같이 보내면 된다
