내가 궁금했던거는 what 뒤는 의문사로 쓰이든 관계대명사로 쓰이든 뒷문장이 불완전한 형태로 쓰여야 한다는 건데 뒷문장이 forces~are successful로 완전해서 that이 더 자연스럽지 않나 해서 그런거였어 ㅠㅠ고마워!!!!!!
