상황은 내가 저 Splice라는 사이트 정기구독 전 무료체험을 신청했다가 무료체험 끝나는 날을 까려서 오늘 구독료가 결제됐거든 ㅜ ㅜ
환불해줄수 있냐고 이메일 보낸거에 온 답변인데 저 두 문단이 이해가 안돼서...저사람이 보낸 메일 주소로 내 이름과 계정을 회신하라는건가? 근데 요청을 중복발송?하지마라는 말이 뭔지 모르겠어
